Picked up this flyer at the local Tokyo Metropolitan Police Station.
At the top it says: “I didn’t know” is not an excuse… Improper mods are a crime!
1) No changing colors of lights
2) No tint on front windows
3) No oversize wings
4) No exposed/cut exhaust
5) No tires beyond the fender
